Biberach an der Riß is located in the Baden-Württemberg state in the south of Germany. The town is the capital of the Biberach district. The river Riss runs through the town past historic buildings with prominent terracotta rooftops. Quaint 18th-century architecture can be seen in public buildings, including the Wieland-Museum and the Church of St. Martin.
