A good command of the English language is an important requirement, which must be proven by passing the TOEFL test 85 iBT (Internet-based), the IELTS test (at least 6.5) or a comparable, internationally recognized test with comparable results. International applicants must also have a basic command of the German language (Level A1 – Common European Framework of Reference for Languages), which foreign applicants must demonstrate by successfully passing an A1 exam (Goethe Institute or recognized institutes).
Qualification Requirements
The prerequisite for admission to the course is a first professional university degree from a recognized university in the fields of general electrical engineering, communications engineering and computer networks, electrical engineering and information technology, computer engineering, as well as in other suitable Degree Courses in electrical, information and communication technology with a Final grade of at least 2.5 (good) with study and examination achievements amounting to at least 210 credit points (ETCS) or equivalent achievements based on the assessment system customary in the country.

If you are enrolling in the civil engineering or digital media systems degree programs: proof of participation in the study orientation process. If you enroll for Studium Plus: Confirmation of registration for the selected course of study. If you are enrolling in the midwifery science course: the registration certificate from the health department If applicable, certificate of the duration of attendance at a preparatory college (number of semesters) a copy of your valid ID card or passport (if you have dual nationality, you only need to provide proof of the nationality you declared first) Exmatriculation certificate(s) and additional study certificate(s), course progress certificate(s) or study period certificate(s). If you have already been enrolled at several universities or in several study programs and/or vocational academies, please provide evidence of each “study station” with the corresponding exmatriculation certificate . The certificate(s) should contain the following information: number of university semesters, subject semesters, course of study or courses with degree title (if you are enrolled in several courses at a university) and, if applicable, semesters of leave. If this information is not included in the exmatriculation certificate(s), please also enclose relevant certificates of study, certificates of study time or certificates of study progress. Proof of completed first degree (copy) If you are enrolling for a second degree, please add e.g. B. Enclose your diploma or bachelor's certificate. The degree program as well as the degree achieved, examination grade and examination date must be stated in the final document. If you have multiple degrees (e.g. Bachelor's and Master's degrees), the corresponding final documents must be submitted for each successfully completed degree program.
